Due to the serious and often complicated nature of emergency medicine, Animal Emergency Care does not give out medical diagnoses or advice by telephone or e-mail.

In order to provide the best care, we believe that a veterinarian must examine your pet before giving advice or providing you with an accurate diagnosis.

Animal Emergency Care is focused on providing care for your pet during an emergency or crisis situation; your family veterinarian may be best able to answer any non-emergency questions or concerns that you may have regarding your pet.
